Your workout and meditation history, streaks, achievements, fitness goal, preferences, and Coach conversations are stored locally on your device only. Deleting the app removes this data.
If you enable the optional daily reminder, notifications are scheduled locally by iOS. No notification data is sent to a server we operate.
On supported devices, the Coach may use Apple Intelligence on-device to refine answers. That processing is subject to Apple's privacy protections. We do not collect those conversations.
Core workouts do not require sensitive permissions. Notifications are optional and only used for the local daily reminder you turn on.
Because we do not collect any data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
